S’mores Squares

Remember s’mores? They’re back and better than ever. This is a treat the whole family is sure to love, and your guests will ask you for the recipe.

  • 1 can Baker's Joy® Original Non-Stick Baking Spray with Flour
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 11.5 oz. package chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows


Preheat oven to 350˚F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Baker's Joy® spray. Combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. Beat butter with sugars in a large bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beating well after each addition; beat in vanilla. Add flour mixture and beat until just combined. Stir in 1 cup chocolate chunks. Spread batter into prepared pan. Top with remaining chocolate chunks and marshmallows. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack, then cool completely before cutting.
